Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

If you decide within 14 days of delivery that you are dissatisfied with the product, return it to us in like-new condition and we will process the refund within the “Returns & Exchanges” guidelines below. You will be responsible for the shipping cosst of the return unless it is our error or defect.

Shipping Information

Tracker via Mail (3-7 business days)

You will receive a tracker for all items by mail in 3-7 business days. This does not include transit time (the time it takes our carrier to deliver your package).

Order Confirmation and Design Proof

Once your order is placed you will get immediately an order confirmation and receive a proof of design within 48 hours. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not heard from Legends by Till within the 48 hour time frame.

We are offering free shipping. There are any costs for shipping.The customer can check the shipping costs during the checkout process. After the customer has entered the billing and shipping address information in the displayed fields, the shipping costs will be shown (free shipping). The prices given on product pages are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.

Separately shipped order at no extra cost

To assure a faster shipment, items on the same order may be shipped separately at no extra cost. You have to pay 7 € for each first product. For each additional product you have to pay 2 €. An exception are large products (pictures with frames, etc.). For these, the cost per product is 14-20 €. For orders over 100 €/$ the shipping costs are not charged.

Delays can occur

Delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office on international orders so it’s possible to take up to 6 weeks for an order to be delivered. The ship times given above are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges are possible if

The product(s) returned within 14 days. All products are returned with original packaging, intact and in original condition. Orders must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed and not soiled.

Costs & Refunds

If you exchange for a different product additional shipping fee may be applied. If you return the item, a refund or store credit excluding the original shipping fee will be issued.

Non-returnalbe items are

Any kind of costum product, coupons/gift cards, any product on sale/with reduced price and worn/used or seemingly worn/used items.

Custom products

By purchasing a custom product, you agreed that Legends by Till created an exclusive product based on the information entered, and there was no layout proof for approval. Please note that all custom products are FINAL SALE, not eligible for return or exchange.

Tracking number is required

The return or exchange shipment must have a tracking number as proof. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
